For many building sites, space limitations or poor soil prevents the use of traditional septic systems. Alternative sewage treatment systems use aerobic methods, mound systems, irrigation systems, drip systems, and other technology. These systems produce cleaner effluent and allow for land development at difficult sites. At Simon & Associates, Inc., we are certified designers and installers of these alternative sewage treatment systems. We work with clients to help them choose the system that best fits their needs, considering budget, space, aesthetic, and maintenance requirements. We install the systems, and where needed, we perform maintenance, inspection, and monitoring.
